The Deep Dark is an original cinematic Minecraft series produced by the Minecraft Creative Collective (MCC)—a storytelling project built by and for the community.

Set in the shadows beneath the overworld, The Deep Dark explores themes of mystery, survival, and the unknown. When Jim and Carter, two close friends with very different personalities, descend into ancient ruins hidden in the deep slate depths, they uncover something far more dangerous than either expected: an awakening.

What begins as a descent for something rare and valuable to give the pillagers as a means for peace, slowly becomes a psychological trial as the duo navigates the hushed ruins, haunted echoes, and growing tension between them.
